Things we talk about are often mentioned multiple times. So you don't have to constantly search for definitions, we have compiled them all (or most).
- Anti-Shark - Florida Marlins leftfielder Logan Morrison
- BizarroShark - Roger Bernadina's arch-nemesis. The nickname for former Nationals center fielder Justin Maxwell. He was traded this offseason to the Yankees and competed against Bernadina this year in AAA.
- "Black Magic" - The act of harnessing the magic of the BlackTip Reef Shark. The act to obtain this "Black Magic" is too disturbing to describe but it involves several jars of mayonnaise. The result of Black Magic is the ability to outplay the Shark. It is dangerous and illegal.
- "The Catch" -The most incredible and awe-inspiring catch made in 2011.
- "A date which will live in infamy" - May 7th, 2011, the day Bernadina was recalled from AAA Syracuse
- Goblincinerate - The act of eating at least 30 pounds of goblin shark meat before a game to harness it's supernatural and evil powers.
- Jawsome - Awesome with a capital J
- Phillies Fans - The worst fans on earth.
- Sh**k - Synonym for a four letter word starting with 'sh.'
- Shark Fans - The best fans on earth.
- Shark Off - To shake something off
- Shark Up - The act of injecting shark sweat directly into your brachial artery to give you a boost of energy and strength
- Sharkplug - Something that provides a jump start at the top of the lineup. It almost exclusively refers to Roger Bernadina and his ability to provide a bang in the leadoff spot.
- Shark Tank - The fearsome combination that is Roger "the Shark" Bernadina, Mako Morse, and The Great Werth all on the same field
- Daddy Desmond - Ian Desmond (proud father of Sharkadina Desmond)
- The Kangaroo - Danny Espinosa
- Cheaper by the LombarDozen - Steve Lombardozzi
- The Great Werth - Jayson Werth
- Loch Nix Monster - Laynce Nix
- Mako Morse - Michael Morse
- The Rhino - Wilson Ramos
- RicK AnKiel - Rick Ankiel
